Empire Petroleum is a leading wholesale distributor of fuel and fuel products to the Mid-Atlantic, Southwest, Southeast, and Midwest United States. Empire Petroleum currently distributes fuel products to gas stations in 29 states, servicing top brands including Shell, Sunoco, BP, Chevron, Texaco, Valero, Gulf, Marathon, and ExxonMobil, among others. Empire Petroleum delivers motor fuel products from coast to coast, making it one of the largest and most geographically diversified fuel distributors in the country. In addition, Empire Petroleum has developed its own brand and imaging opportunity named Fast Fuels.

Add-on Acquisitions

Quik-Way is a major supplier of fuel for Shell, Chevron, Texaco, Valero and ConocoPhillips. Empire acquired the operations of Quik-Way in late 2011.

Mountain Express Oil is a multi-state jobber headquartered in Woodstock, GA. With the deal, Empire will be able to market fuel under Chevron, Texaco, Marathon, Valero and Gulf brands.

American Energy Distributors, L.P., is a Dallas-based company that supplies branded and unbranded fuel to stations across Texas. Empire acquired the operations of American Energy Distributors in April 2012 thus adding to its supply of fuels including Shell, Chevron, Texaco, Valero, Shamrock and ConocoPhillips.

Besche Oil Co is a Maryland-based distributor of branded and unbranded fuel to gas stations. The acquisition will expand Empire’s partnership with Sunoco and CITGO.

Georgia Oil Holdings is a Atlanta-based company with dealer supply agreements and assets in the Southeastern US. The acquisition will expand Empire’s relationship with BP and strengthen its presence in the Southeast.
