Terrell, TX – July 1, 2013 – Riveria Investment Group, a New York-based private equity firm, today announced it has acquired a stake in Olympic Trailer Services, Inc., a full-service semi-trailer repair shop that engages in the repair, maintenance and sale of trailer parts and similar equipment located approximately 30 miles east of downtown Dallas. The Company’s active owners invested alongside Riveria and will remain with the Company. Through the investment, Riveria will partner with management to further accelerate Olympic Trailer Services, Inc.’s growth and expansion into new geographic regions. Going forward the company will seek to grow organically, increase operational efficiencies and consider add-on acquisition opportunities.
