Riveria Backed Results Company / TLK Group acquires USA800

We are pleased to announce that Riveria Backed Results Company (Originally TLK Group), has acquired USA800, an employee-owned call center services business.

NEW YORK, September 12th, 2017 / — Riveria Investment Group, a middle market private equity firm, today announced that its portfolio company, The Results Companies (“Results”), a global business process outsourcing and contact services provider, has completed the acquisition of USA800, an employee-owned call center services business. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Kansas City, Mo., USA800 has more than 1,500 employees who provide sales, lead generation, inbound customer service and technology support to customers of U.S. consumer, cable television, financial services, healthcare, retail and telecommunications businesses. Founded in 1976, USA800 operates five call centers in Missouri, Kansas and Texas.

Founded in 1990, Results is a Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based company with more than 18,000 employees in 23 locations globally – including the Philippines and Latin America – who provide customer service, acquisition, enrollment, retention, membership support services and transaction processing for Fortune 500 companies.

One Equity Partners acquired Results and completed a merger with TLK Group in November 2015. Results subsequently completed the acquisition of Corporate Call Center Inc. in June 2016.
