Chattanooga, TN – October 16, 2015 – Riveria Investment Group, a New York based private investment firm, announced it has closed its second debt transaction, a Term Loan commitment to Xpress Global Systems (“XGS”), a Tennessee based floor covering transportation provider. Riveria partnered with Alcentra Capital Corporation on the investment, which will enable XGS to pay down a portion of its debt and grow existing operations.
